The tortillas can be made up to 5 days in advance and stored in a re-seal plastic bag at room temp. Reheat in a dry frying pan quickly. The tortillas can also be sandwiched with various and cheese and cooked in a frying pan or sandwich press for quesadillas. Yum.

SO WHOLESOME, SO GOOD this beautiful pizza is all about the Zaatar, a middle eastern herb mix with dried oregano, sumac, and toasted sesame seeds. Our favourite way to enjoy this is with tea and some sides like fresh cucumber, mint, tomatoes and labneh… mmmm a heavenly weekend brekky for us!
