Ingredients
- 1/3 cup PomPom Paddock Flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp The Almond Farmer Almond Butter or any almond butter you desire
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch rock salt
- Splash of vanilla essence
- Splash almond essence
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup dark choc chunks
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together into a baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and slice.
