for pancakes

Simply Add:

1 ¼ cups of your fave milk
1 tablespoon of oil
1 lightly beaten egg (optional)

Method:

  1. Pour oil & milk of your preference into the bottle.
  2. If you want to add an egg for extra fluff factor, crack into a separate cup and whisk lightly before pouring into the bottle.
  3. Place the lid securely back on & get shaking.
  4. Heat up a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add a bit of butter if you please.
  5. Pour batter into the pan until it forms your preferred pancake size, keeping a little space between pancakes so they can spread, and you can flip!
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.

for waffles

Simply Add:

1 cup of your favourite milk or buttermilk
60g of melted butter or oil
2 lightly beaten eggs

Method:

  1. Pour butter or oil & milk of your preference into the bottle.
  2. Whisk eggs lightly and pour into the bottle.
  3. Place the lid securely back on & get shaking.
  4. Heat up a waffle press.
  5. Carefully pour your batter into the centre of your waffle press and watch it spread.
  6. Bring down your waffle press lid and cook away till you get that golden goodness.
  7. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS Coconut Sugar, Dried Cauliflower, Brown Rice Flour, Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Quinoa Flour, Sorghum Flour, Mineral Salt (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Natural Vanilla Flavour, Vegetable Gum (Locust Bean Gum), Psyllium Husk, Salt, Citrus Fibre.
