Both the pastry and pie filling can be made a day or two before. Use the freshest fish possible. You
will need 4 small pie moulds, approx. 10cm, for this which are available form most homeware and cooking stores and Kmart in Australia. Alternatively, you can make one large pie.
You can even enjoy the dumpling filling on its own as a salad or over rice, seafood or meat. We love this!

The ingredient list looks long, but its rather simple with similar ingredients used for the crumble and the muffin. Adding a crumble topping & tahini to these PPP muffins takes them to next level. Great make ahead snacks and for birthday parties. Make the crumble well in advance and have it in the fridge. Perfect baked over some berries for a quick dessert!
