Gluten-Free Almond Butter & Choc Chunk Blondies

Ingredients  

  • 1/3 cup PomPom Paddock Flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp The Almond Farmer Almond Butter or any almond butter you desire
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch rock salt
  • Splash of vanilla essence
  • Splash almond essence
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup dark choc chunks

Method 

  • Combine all ingredients together into a baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and slice.
  • Enjoy!
