- 1 Bottle of PomPom Paddock Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 cup of your favourite milk or buttermilk
- 60 g of melted butter or oil
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
Pour butter or oil & milk of your preference into a bowl with the PomPom Pancake & Waffle mix
Whisk eggs lightly and pour into the bowl.
Whisk firmly for 2 minutes
Heat up a waffle press
Carefully pour your batter into the centre of your waffle press and watch it spread
Bring down your waffle press lid and cook away till you get that golden goodness
