40g of PomPom Paddock Cauliflower Flour Mix
20g of Macro Mike strawberry jam donut Vegan protein
1 egg or flax egg
150ml of water
Strawberry Jam (or any jam of yourchoice)

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients together. Separately whisk the egg/flax egg and water together. Make a well in the centre of the dry mix and combine the wet ingredients. Mix together until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and add a little coconut oil (if desired) to grease the panPour in a little of the batter at a time. Flip when the underside is golden, and bubbles begin to appear on the surface. Repeat with the remaining batter. Spread any jam of your choice over each crepe, roll them up and cut in half.
Top with banana, raspberries, bee pollen, Pana Organic Raspberry White Chocolate or any topping of your choice.
