PomPom GF, Vegan & Dairy Free Pizza


  • 150g PomPom Paddock Cauliflower Flour Mix
  • 100g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  1. Mix PomPom Paddock Cauliflower Flour with the coconut yoghurt, apple cider vinegar and baking powder.
  2. Roll into a dough and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and place any toppings you desire (we used tomato sauce, Roza’s Gourmet pesto, vegan cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and Mighty Bean Tempeh) & then cook for another 10 minutes until golden.
