POMPOM ALMOND BUTTER & CHOC CHUNK BLONDIES

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup PomPom Paddock Cauliflower Flour Mix

1 egg

½ cup almond flour

1 tbsp The Almond Farmer Almond Butter (or any almond butter you desire)

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch rock salt

Splash of vanilla essenceSplash almond essence

½ tsp baking powder

½ cup dark choc chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients together into a baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and slice. Enjoy!
